The heart contains abstract, flowing shapes in shades of blue, white, and red, with some sections resembling water splashes. The Pepsi logo, a red, white, and blue circle, is visible within the heart on the left side. The bottom portion of the mural features sharp, geometric lightning bolt-like shapes in dark blue, white, and teal. The wall itself is heavily weathered, with large areas of paint chipped away, revealing a lighter undercoat and textured concrete.
