A tall, grey stone statue of a Buddhist monk, identified as "TÔ A-NAN-ĐA" on its pedestal, stands centrally in an outdoor setting within the city of Đăk Mar, Vietnam. The monk statue has a serene expression, elongated earlobes, and holds a rectangular object with both hands in front of its chest. A large, white circular disc serves as a backdrop behind the monk's head. To the statue's left, a multi-tiered, golden-yellow temple building with ornate architectural details and arched openings is visible; a dark silhouette of a seated Buddha statue is discernible within one archway. The ground in front of the temple building is unpaved earth. To the statue's right and in the mid-background, a landscaped garden features various green shrubs, trees, and flowering plants with yellow and pink blossoms. The upper quadrants of the image are partially framed by green pine tree branches. The sky above is partly cloudy blue. At the base of the statue's pedestal, a small blue and white ceramic bowl containing ash or sand, along with two smaller white objects, is present.
