The tower is illuminated, with several lights visible around its circular observation deck. The deck itself has a slightly conical underside, also lit by numerous smaller lights. A prominent red letter "M" is visible on the side of the deck. The tower rises from a thick, off-white central support. In the upper portion of the frame, there are some out-of-focus green light sources scattered in the dark sky. The lower right of the image shows the tops of some dark green trees and a street light. The overall impression is that of an amusement park attraction at night.
