The larger sculpture, made of straw or similar material, is in the center and appears to be in flight with its wings spread wide. Its body is dark with lighter striped accents, and its head is facing left. Above and to the left of this sculpture, a second, smaller bird sculpture, possibly representing a parrot, is perched on the greenery. This bird is reddish-brown with a curved beak and is also illuminated by spotlights. The vertical garden is densely packed with a variety of artificial plants, some of which are lit by yellow and white spotlights, creating a dramatic effect against the dark night sky.
