In the foreground, an asphalt road with a white dashed lane marking leads to a central, irregularly shaped landscaped island. This island is bordered by stone curbing and contains grass, a large central rock formation, and several potted plants with red and white flowers. Rising from the center of the island is a tall, dark utility pole, from which numerous overhead power or communication lines extend horizontally across the upper portion of the frame. Attached to this pole are various conduits and pieces of electrical equipment. A gray sign with white text, reading "ЦЕНТЪР / CENTRUM", is visible near the utility pole. To the left of the island, an asphalt road extends past a metal fence. Beyond this fence, residential buildings with white facades and red tile roofs are nestled among dense green foliage on a rising hillside.
