An exterior, low-angle shot captures the glass facade of a modern building in Kokshetau, Kazakhstan. The building features large, teal-tinted windows divided by thin, dark frames, with a light beige band running across the top of the visible section. Above the windows, a section of the building with darker blue glass reflects the sky, which is a bright blue with scattered white clouds. Prominently displayed on the facade are large, three-dimensional letters forming the word "РИО." The "Р" is a deep purple with a red highlight. The "И" is red on the left and green on the right, with a gradient effect. The "О" is a bright blue.
