Gal Vihara rock temple in Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka. It is an ancient site with several large Buddha statues carved into the face of a large granite boulder. There's a reclining Buddha statue and a standing Buddha statue. The site is covered by a large metal roof to protect the statues from the weather. A low brick wall surrounds the base of the statues with metal posts connected by rope. Trees are visible beyond the temple structure, and the sky is visible through the foliage.
