There are also Roman numerals inscribed on the left side of the plaque, "CMLXXX" and "MXXVI." This plaque is located on the facade of the Lviv National Medical University named after Danylo Halytskyi, which is situated on Pelynska Street in the city of Lviv, Ukraine. The plaque honors Avicenna (Ibn Sina), a Persian polymath who is considered one of the most significant physicians, astronomers, thinkers, and writers of the Islamic Golden Age.
