A coiled red wire extends from the top of the head, connecting to a detached eye that is also depicted. The creature has several sharp, black protrusions and a sharp, dark beak-like appendage. A patch of light blue coloration is visible on the lower part of the face, and a light blue, fluid-like substance is dripping from the mouth. The drawing is on white paper and appears to be taped or adhered to a surface, as indicated by a shiny, reflective layer over parts of the image. There are some faint vertical lines on the right edge of the image, possibly from the material it's adhered to. There is also a signature or mark in the upper right corner that reads "tatoo" with a circular symbol. This drawing is not located in Gulbag, Uzbekistan.
