The landscape is dominated by numerous, parallel agricultural terraces, primarily exposing reddish-brown soil, with interspersed patches of green vegetation and some water-filled paddies. Dense, dark green foliage, consisting of trees and shrubs, flanks the upper left and lower portions of the terraced area. A prominent utility pole with multiple power lines crosses the middle ground, extending diagonally across several terraces. A rustic wooden stilt house, featuring a light-colored or grey corrugated metal roof, is situated on one of the terraced levels in the mid-right section of the image. A second, smaller, and less distinct house is visible much higher up the hill, to the upper left. Several small streams or cascades of water are visible flowing down the terraced levels in the lower-left and mid-left areas. Faint bamboo or wooden structures, possibly fences or supports, are present near the main house and within the terraced fields. No individuals are visible in the scene.
