The surrounding cavern walls, from which the statue appears to be partially carved, exhibit horizontal striations and a rough, natural texture. The scene is illuminated by warm, localized light sources from the lower left, casting areas of the statue and rock in yellow-orange light while leaving upper sections and deep crevices in shadow.
