The building is constructed primarily of concrete blocks with concrete pillars and horizontal concrete bands. It has numerous balconies with black metal railings and rectangular windows, some of which are already glazed. Construction materials, including pallets of bagged materials and wooden planks, are visible at the base of the building. The ground in the foreground is a mixture of gravel and dirt, with some vegetation. In the background, another, older building with windows and a pitched roof can be seen.
