The image depicts a street scene in Yerevan, Armenia, under a partly cloudy, bright blue sky transitioning to a warmer hue towards the horizon, suggesting late afternoon or early evening. On the right, a large, multi-story building constructed from light reddish-brown (possibly pink tuff stone) dominates the frame. Its facade features numerous tall, narrow, recessed windows or decorative panels, and a prominent lower arcade with a series of arches supported by ornate pilasters. Intricate relief carvings decorate the horizontal bands above the arches and the pilaster capitals. Several small, cylindrical, modern light fixtures are mounted along the building's facade. The left side of the image reveals a temporary outdoor event setup. A large white banner is visible, with text in Armenian that reads "Արվեստը գերթե մարդկանց Սրտերի," translating to "Art is virtually [of/to] people's hearts." The banner also features stylized illustrations of figures. Behind and around this setup, lush green trees are visible, and in the distant background, another older building with a more subdued architectural style can be seen. Multiple thin wires, likely power lines or decorative string lights, crisscross the upper portion of the scene. Several small birds are in flight across the sky. The architectural style of the prominent building on the right is characteristic of central Yerevan's grand Stalinist-era buildings, often constructed with local pink tuff stone, particularly those around Republic Square or major boulevards.
