A large mosaic artwork, located in El Valle del Espíritu Santo, Venezuela, depicts a crowned religious female figure, likely the Virgin Mary. The figure's face, rendered in brown mosaic tesserae, is framed by dark brown hair or a veil and surmounted by an ornate golden mosaic crown. Her hands are clasped at her chest, holding a small, gold and brown, heart-shaped emblem with a cross. A multi-strand rosary, made of golden and dark mosaic beads, hangs centrally from her hands down the length of her gown. The gown, composed of white and light grey mosaic tesserae, features intricate patterns of pink/red flowers and green leaves on its lower sections. In the central lower portion of the gown, two smaller figures are depicted kneeling, one in blue and one in red mosaic. The background behind the main figure's head is a radiating yellow halo, transitioning into vertical bands of white, light blue, and blue mosaic tesserae on either side. Diagonal yellow lines traverse the blue background sections. An artist's signature, "Luis R. Mogollon 2002," is visible on the right side of the blue mosaic background.
