SimferopolUkraine

An arrangement of cut glass objects and artificial flowers is displayed on a windowsill in an urban environment, possibly Simferopol, Ukraine. The scene is bathed in natural light. In the foreground, on a round, grey and white patterned placemat, sits a faceted cut glass bowl filled with white granular material, presumably sugar. It is topped with a cut glass lid with a rounded finial. To the left of the sugar bowl is a bulbous cut glass jar, also on the placemat, adorned with a sage green satin ribbon tied in a bow. Behind the jar and sugar bowl, a tall, intricately cut glass pitcher with a handle and a lid sits on the windowsill. A bouquet of artificial red roses with green leaves is placed inside the pitcher. To the right of the pitcher stands a tall, faceted cut glass drinking glass. Further to the right is a clear glass pitcher containing water and dark-colored stones at the bottom. A roll of white paper towels is visible behind the glass pitcher. The windowsill overlooks a cityscape with multi-story residential buildings under a clear blue sky. The background wall features pink, rectangular, glossy tiles. A vertical metal chain, possibly part of window blinds, runs along the right edge of the window frame.
