In the foreground, there are shallow, clear waters with a rocky, coral reef and some sparse green foliage. In the mid-ground, there are several people in the ocean, some are standing in the water, and some are on surfboards. There are waves in the distance where some of the people are surfing. To the left of the image, there is a wooden structure built on stilts over the water, possibly a small resort or restaurant. The water is a beautiful turquoise color and the scene appears to be in the city of General Luna, Philippines, known for its surfing beaches.
