The ingredients appear to be flour, granulated sugar, active dry yeast, and a small amount of a reddish-brown spice, possibly cinnamon or turmeric. The flour is a light tan color and is piled on the left side of the frame. Granulated sugar, which is white and crystalline, fills most of the right side of the bowl and also surrounds the other ingredients. The active dry yeast is a light brown, granular substance, concentrated in a circular pile in the center. There is a small cluster of white salt crystals mixed with the yeast. A small splotch of the reddish-brown spice is visible on top of the sugar, near the yeast. The lighting is bright, creating highlights on the sugar crystals.
