There are at least six kites visible, some are animal-shaped, while others are more abstract. One kite is red and appears to be a dragon. Another is long and dark with many tentacles, resembling an octopus. There are also a few smaller, less distinct kites in the distance. Below the kites, a beach or park area is visible with a few trees and a body of water in the background. Several people are scattered across the beach area, some are standing and others appear to be walking or playing. The overall scene suggests a pleasant day for outdoor recreation, possibly a kite festival.
