Debris, including plastic bottles, leaves, and what appears to be algae, floats on the surface and accumulates along the sides. The water itself is a dull brown color, and the bottom is obscured by sediment. A thin metal railing runs along the top edge of the channel on the left side, casting a shadow on the water.
