The image depicts a street scene in the City of Binjai, Indonesia, under an overcast sky. A paved road runs diagonally from the lower left to the upper right of the frame, bordered by a grassy shoulder. To the right of the road is a low-lying white building with a light gray roof and light gray doors. Red trim runs along the bottom of the building's facade. Behind this building, and slightly to the left, a tall, narrow, orange tower with a dark domed roof and arched windows rises into the sky. This tower appears to be a minaret of a mosque. Numerous overhead electrical wires crisscross the scene, creating a dense network against the sky. Behind the white building and the minaret are lush green trees, some with palm fronds. A utility pole with electrical equipment is visible on the left side of the road, along with a small portion of what appears to be a flag. The overall impression is of a developing area with a mix of infrastructure and vegetation.
