Many of the window panes are broken or missing. The building's structure appears to be constructed of concrete and metal. A cracked and uneven concrete road extends from the foreground towards a metal overhead crane structure spanning across what appears to be a distant body of water. Trees and overgrown vegetation line the right side of the road, partially obscuring the distant water and a mountain range. Groups of thick red tubes or hoses are lying on the ground near the right edge of the road. There are no visible people in the scene. The sky is clear and blue.
