The scene is an outdoor park area within the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Humlebæk, Denmark
The scene is an outdoor park area within the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Humlebæk, Denmark. The foreground features a steeply sloping grassy knoll, covered in green grass with scattered fallen yellow and brown leaves. Overhanging green tree foliage partially obscures the sky at the top of the frame. Roughly midway up the knoll, a rectangular concrete plinth supports a large, dark, biomorphic abstract sculpture, identified as Henry Moore's 'Reclining Woman' (1956). Three individuals are situated on this plinth. Two individuals are seated to the left of the sculpture, facing each other; one wears a dark jacket, the other a dark jacket with light-colored trousers. A third individual, in light-colored clothing, is seated further to the right on the plinth, facing away from the other two. The background consists of dense trees with varying green and autumnal brown foliage, under a partly cloudy sky.
