The image depicts a detailed view of L'Hemisfèric, a structure within the City of Arts and Sciences in València, Spain, under an overcast sky. The prominent subject is the curvilinear, eye-shaped building with a large grey-paneled roof that dominates the upper and central portions of the frame. This structure features extensive glass sections, both flat and subtly curved, framed by white concrete or stone elements. A distinct triangular glass section is visible on the left side of the building, while a larger, more expansive curved glass facade extends along the right. In the upper right background, spiky white architectural elements, characteristic of the surrounding complex, are visible. Further in the background, a tall, dark, rectangular building with the "IBERDROLA" logo is identifiable, along with other urban structures and green foliage. The foreground consists of a vast, flat, light grey paved surface, likely concrete, which shows visible dirt, tire marks, and uneven discolored patches. This area is delineated by light-colored lines indicating expansion joints or surface divisions. Along the edge of the building, a series of thin, dark metal posts with rectangular bases are spaced at regular intervals. A circular planter, made of the same light grey material as the ground, is centrally located in the mid-ground, containing a slender, bare sapling. Scattered across the foreground pavement are several orange safety cones and small, rectangular metal barrier panels, some standing upright and others lying flat. A small red object, possibly equipment, is visible on a metal grate near the upper right of the paved area. To the far left, a tranquil body of water reflects the sky, and a small group of indistinct human figures can be seen walking along its edge in the distance.
