The water tower has a large, rounded bowl-shaped top that tapers down to a cylindrical shaft. The shaft is segmented into horizontal bands, each with a textured, ribbed surface. Several small, rectangular windows are visible on the shaft. At the very top of the tower, on the rim of the bowl, a small antenna or communication equipment is mounted. Along the curved edge of the bowl, near the top of the shaft, two more pieces of equipment are attached, possibly also for communication or monitoring. The lower portion of the image shows a dark line of trees, indicative of a natural or park setting. The water tower is the dominant subject, situated in the city of Silenrieux, Belgium.
