The image displays a vertical, rectangular oil painting of the Eiffel Tower at night. The tower is rendered in shades of yellow and red, illuminated against a dark blue, starry sky. Red and yellow foliage is depicted around the mid-section of the tower, and a rainbow arches over a blue body of water in the foreground. The water reflects the lights and colors of the tower and the surrounding environment. Along the banks of the water, there are rows of white, spherical lights and green foliage. The bottom left corner of the painting features a signature in dark red paint which reads "Флешков'13". The painting is hung on a plain, off-white wall.
