multi-tiered fountain operating in a courtyard in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The fountain is made of concrete and features water spraying outwards in arcs. It is situated in a rectangular basin filled with blue tiled water. A dark brown, granite-like wall surrounds the basin. The ground in front of the basin is paved with interlocking bricks in a pattern of grey and reddish-brown. Behind the fountain is a light-colored vertical slat fence. Two wooden benches are visible, one to the left and one to the right, in front of the fence. Lush green trees are visible behind the fence, and the sky above is partly cloudy with blue patches. A sign with a prohibition symbol and a lightning bolt symbol is affixed to the fence behind the fountain on the right side.
