The manhole cover is dark brown with a raised pattern of interlocking gear-like shapes and small squares. The words "PAM" and "TRAXEL 400 EN 124" are embossed on the cover, along with other indistinct markings including a circular symbol with "GS" inside it and an oval symbol with "NF" inside it. Dry, light brown grass and straw are scattered across the surface of the manhole cover and the surrounding pavement.
