In front of the building, a group of at least ten individuals, mostly men and a few women, are arranged in a line. Many of the men are wearing traditional white attire, including tunics and trousers. One man in the center is wearing a black outfit with gold elephant motifs and a yellow headwrap. Another man is wearing a beige traditional outfit. The ground is paved with interlocking concrete blocks in a pattern of beige and red.
