The image displays the St. Nicholas Garrison Cathedral located within the city of Brest, Belarus, under a partly cloudy sky. The cathedral, a large, light-colored structure, features a prominent central golden dome topped with a cross. Multiple smaller, dark-roofed domes and turrets are visible, complementing the main dome. The building's facade is punctuated by numerous arched windows with dark frames, arranged in symmetrical patterns. In the foreground, a broad expanse of green grass covers the lower half of the frame. The lawn exhibits variations in color and texture, with some areas appearing lighter or less dense. A dark paved pathway traverses horizontally across the mid-ground, running parallel to the base of the cathedral. Several light-colored park benches with dark supports are positioned along this path, near the entrance to the cathedral. A few indistinct human figures are visible standing or walking in the vicinity of these benches and the pathway. To the left of the cathedral, a long, red-brick building with a dark roof is partially visible in the background. A line of mixed deciduous and coniferous trees forms a dense green backdrop behind the cathedral and extends to the right side of the frame. The sky overhead is predominantly covered with scattered white and light grey clouds, characteristic of altocumulus or stratocumulus formations. Patches of clear blue sky are discernible, particularly towards the upper right portion of the image.
