The sky above the sun is a lighter shade of yellow and fades into darker grays towards the top of the frame. In the foreground, there are dark silhouettes of trees and foliage. A cluster of leaves is visible on the left side of the frame. In the midground, there's a topographical depression, which may be part of the city. Also, in the midground is a small body of water with a structure built partially over it. The foreground and the midground is mostly dark. The horizon line contains what appear to be trees and structures, including towers, obscured by the haze. A rooftop of a building can be seen in the bottom right of the scene.
