The face is rendered with a combination of collage (pieces of text are visible, particularly on the forehead and cheeks) and drawing/painting. The figure has prominent, dark eyes, a large, red nose, and yellow-toned skin on the upper part of the face. There are two red circular markings on the cheeks, one on each side, and a pink scarf-like element draped around the neck and lower face. The text fragments appear to be in Russian.
