The upper portion of the frame shows a expanse of relatively calm, blue-grey water with distinct ripples and reflections on its surface. Moving downwards, a rocky shoreline or a series of submerged and partially submerged rocks become visible. These rocks are irregular in shape, vary in size, and are covered with dark green and brownish moss or algae. As the water flows over and around these moss-covered rocks, it transitions into a state of significant turbulence, generating substantial whitewater and foam, particularly in the lower half of the image. The agitated water appears aerated and opaque white in areas of high turbulence, while deeper pockets of water between the rocks appear dark. No human subjects, animals, or man-made structures are visible within the frame.
