The memorial is situated atop a large, green, grass-covered mound. A tall, slender obelisk, composed of metallic elements in shades of gold and beige, rises from the summit of the mound. Surrounding the base of the obelisk is a circular bronze frieze depicting faces and text. A winding pathway with steps ascends the side of the mound, leading towards the memorial. Several individuals are visible walking on this path. In the foreground, a paved walkway with a pattern of grey and white tiles curves towards the right side of the frame. Two modern lampposts are positioned along the walkway, one to the left and another to the right, with a decorative red and green floral wreath placed near the right lamppost. The environment is characterized by a bright blue sky dotted with fluffy white clouds, and well-maintained green grass covering the landscape.
