Dominating the upper portion of the frame is a large, translucent balloon, partially deflated and held in place by a red ribbon. Inside the balloon, several small, reddish objects are visible, along with what appears to be shredded paper or stuffing. Beneath the balloon, a bright pink cylindrical container is visible, filled with the same shredded material that's inside the balloon. To the left of the pink container, a small blue spherical object is present, possibly a toy or a decorative item. Adjacent to it lies a clear lightbulb with a metal screw base.
