Several people are visible on the pier, some walking, and others appearing to be engaged in activities such as paddleboarding or fishing. The water is choppy, with ripples reflecting the overcast sky. In the distance, a bridge can be seen spanning across the water. The overall atmosphere is tranquil, with the day appearing to be either early morning or late afternoon.
