The raspberry is a deep red, with a textured surface composed of many small drupelets, each tipped with a fine, light-colored hair. Several small, light brown hairs also protrude from the surface of the raspberry. At the top of the raspberry, a cluster of dry, brown sepals forms a crown. To the right and slightly behind the main raspberry, another, less developed raspberry is visible, also surrounded by green sepals. The stem of the plant is green and appears slightly fuzzy, with small, sharp thorns visible along its length. The background is a soft blur of green, suggesting a natural outdoor environment.
