This is a statue depicting the Flagellation of Christ, located in Prešov, Slovakia. The central figure, representing Jesus Christ, is seated and blindfolded with a white cloth. A crown of thorns is placed on his head. He is wearing a red cloak and a white loincloth, and his arms are bound by chains. Two figures on either side, dressed in dark tunics and conical helmets, appear to be mocking or taunting him, with their hands extended towards him. A third figure, also in a conical helmet, stands behind Christ, possibly overseeing the event. The figures are rendered in a realistic, albeit somewhat aged, style.
