The foreground shows the top of a flat-roofed building with numerous dark solar panels neatly arranged in rows. A small vent or piece of equipment is visible on the roof near the center. To the right of the building, a paved parking area is visible with three cars parked: a white SUV, a dark sedan, and a white compact car. A portion of the roof of another, lower building is visible at the bottom of the frame. The background of the image depicts a large, undeveloped area of dry, sandy soil interspersed with sparse, short green vegetation and several young trees, each supported by white stakes and possibly guy wires. A few pathways, possibly for pedestrian use, are visible crossing this open area. In the upper portion of the image, the construction site is more apparent. Several pieces of construction equipment are present, including a green excavator, a green mini-loader or similar vehicle, and a white portable toilet.
