This image depicts the facade of a multi-story residential building in Novaya Vasil'evka, Russia, under an overcast sky. The building, likely constructed from concrete panels or stucco, exhibits a weathered appearance with faded yellow-beige paint and visible stains. A prominent vertical drainage pipe runs down the left side of the building. A central column of stacked, enclosed balconies and loggias characterizes the middle section. The topmost balcony features dark wooden siding and dark-framed windows with visible curtains. Below it, another enclosed section has a dark blue corrugated metal facade with a decorative scalloped edge, underneath which is a section of gray corrugated metal sheeting below its windows. Below these, two lower loggias are fully enclosed with modern white-framed glass panels and solid white lower sections. The building is punctuated by numerous rectangular windows, predominantly modern white PVC frames. On the second floor from the top, a window to the left of the central balcony displays white snowflake decorations. On the third floor, another window to the left shows a blue spherical object, possibly a balloon, inside. A ground-floor window on the left features a decorative metal security grate. Multiple external air conditioning units are affixed to the facade: one on the third floor to the left of the central balcony stack, and two on the fourth floor to the right of the central stack, one above the other. A white satellite dish is mounted on the fourth floor to the right. On the roof, a red satellite dish and a smaller white satellite dish are visible, alongside exposed wires or cables running along the parapet. Several small, dark bird-like shapes are discernible in the sky above the building. The lower portion of the building's facade is painted green, above a strip of light green or unpainted concrete. The foreground consists of green grass with a visible paved edge or curb. A deciduous tree with dense green foliage stands in the right foreground, partially obscuring the lower-right section of the building. A small, rectangular grated vent is visible near the base of the building, below the tree. No people are visible in the scene.
