This is a ground-level, eye-level, full outdoor shot of the Immanuel Kant memorial in Kaliningrad, Russia. The memorial is a stone sarcophagus, shaped like a truncated pyramid, resting on a tiered stone base. The sarcophagus is surrounded by gray granite steps leading up to it. Behind the sarcophagus is a large wall of reddish-brown quarried stone, a portion of which is a plaque inscribed with "IMMANUEL KANT 1724-1804". To the right of the stone wall, a section of a red brick building is visible, with a dark downspout running vertically along its side. The ground in front of the steps is paved with gray granite slabs, and a darker, more textured pavement is visible in the lower right corner. To the left of the memorial, a black wrought-iron fence and some greenery suggest a park-like setting. The lighting indicates it is daytime.
